The Keto market is an $11B category in 2021, up to 27B in 2025.

With a 5.1% Projected CAGR through 2023! Simplicity and convenience are driving consumers back to frozen. Handheld is everything for on-the-go eating. With 80% of the population overweight or obese by CDC standards, everyone is looking for a simple Keto option to eat well and manage or lose weight without expensive and time-consuming meal prep and planning. Credit Suisse is predicting that U.S. packaged food companies' retail sales will grow by an average of 15% to 30% from March to May. The forecast is based on the "massive shift in eating patterns" to more at-home consumption because of quarantine measures put in place during the coronavirus pandemic.

Online purchase of food products is up from 46% in 2018 to 54% in 2021 and is expected to hit 65% by 2023

Atkins and real Good Foods is the only somewhat similar product, much smaller, full of salt, cheap fillers, and not very satisfying.

Keto Fitness Meal's marketing strategy is two-fold: internet sales and distribution through large groceries. We have a very strong online presence and are in the top 2% of all website traffic according to Shopify eCommerce, with over 2,000 hits per day direct from consumers. Our online conversion rate is over 3%. The average cost for acquisition at just $3 for $79 customers, with 35% return customers

Keto FiTness Meals™ is the first frozen fulfillment company to use FedEx ground and this offers substantial savings to our customers due to the lower cost compared to traditional delivery services used by competitors.

Financing Requirements

We are seeking $1,000k in investment to expand production and our line of products. In addition to funding to enable us to more rapidly scale, expand and introduce new products, we would welcome a strategic investor with meaningful grocery stores, a national health club chain, and other such relationships. Greater and more rapid expansion into these channels would dramatically increase our revenues. We must be financially able to ramp and scale production to meet this demand and investment funds would enable us to do so.
